Dalhousie, McGill, McMaster, Memorial, Queen’s, San Juan Bautista, Central del Caribe, Laval, Montréal, Sherbrooke, Toronto.

This is a general guide as to which universities accepted international students at the time of writing. Bear in mind that university policy is subject to change, and that some universities have an agreement with certain nations to enrol more of their citizens.

Students whose first language is not English must have verifiable proof of their fluency. This can be achieved by taking a TOEFL, IELTS, MELAB, or CAEL English assessment test. Other tests may be accepted by individual institutions, but you should check this ahead of time.
